Looking back on 2024, we are immensely proud of the many accomplishments our team has achieved. Notably, our Curate Project won two prestigious Housing Industry Association (HIA) awards @hia_vic for two consecutive years, including the Victorian Apartment Complex of the Year Award and the Victorian Apartment Complex Worth up to $20 Million Award. This year also saw the successful completion of major developments such as our 69 Mitchell St Project, Abode Malvern, Johnston St mixed-use project, and Kirra Gardens Residential Development—testaments to our team`s dedication to excellence in craftsmanship.
A heartfelt thank you goes to all our partners, clients, and consultants who have helped bring our visions to life. We`ve reached the finish line with our multi-residential project Abode! The construction of the development is complete with residents moving in. Final touches have been applied inside and out, and we are thrilled to see the project come together.

Completed earlier this year, the Abbotsford mixed-use development represents precision craftsmanship and thoughtful design. Each of the 10 high-end apartments showcases natural finishes, marble, and custom blue cabinetry. Built for both comfort and style, homes feature @miele_com and NEFF Australia appliances, fireplaces, studies, and outdoor living areas some with north-facing views of Victoria and Studley Parklands. With a gallery space on the ground and first floors, and a location just minutes from Victoria Park Station, this project delivers on quality, design, and convenience.

Landscaping is being installed, including the planting of signature the off form, timber-look, precast glass reinforced concrete planters.
