With handover approaching, the project has entered its final delivery phase. External works are substantially complete, services commissioning is underway, and internal finishes are progressing toward practical completion.
These one, two and three-bedroom homes will provide safe, durable and energy-efficient housing for Victorians who need it most.
Delivered on land unlocked by the Lower Plenty Road level crossing removal and the new elevated Rosanna Station, the project demonstrates the value of integrated infrastructure and housing outcomes.
