Groundworks are complete, the first slab has been poured, and the suspended slab is underway, with pre-cast wall panels now being installed on the lower levels. Looking back on 2024, we are immensely proud of the many accomplishments our team has achieved. Notably, our Curate Project won two prestigious Housing Industry Association (HIA) awards @hia_vic for two consecutive years, including the Victorian Apartment Complex of the Year Award and the Victorian Apartment Complex Worth up to $20 Million Award. This year also saw the successful completion of major developments such as our 69 Mitchell St Project, Abode Malvern, Johnston St mixed-use project, and Kirra Gardens Residential Developmentātestaments to our team`s dedication to excellence in craftsmanship.
A heartfelt thank you goes to all our partners, clients, and consultants who have helped bring our visions to life.
